IT Associate

We are looking for an IT Associate who has a passion to serve end-users and support the business in all aspects of Information Technology. Under the direction of the head of IT, the successful candidate will lead support activity dealing with all computer hardware, mobile devices, printing and telecommunications equipment; Log all support activity in the company’s Help Desk System; and Provide telephone, remote and on-site troubleshooting, training, and tech support to all employees.

If you have a passion for helping others optimize their IT experience, an ability to effectively manage the details of multiple projects and databases simultaneously, and are skilled at customer and team relations, then this could be the career opportunity for you. You must also have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in information technology or related fields required.
  • Experience supporting multiple departments in a business setting.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with all levels of an organization.
  • Experience supporting an ERP system.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals preferred.
  • Understanding and usage of remote support technologies required.
  • Experience using and supporting a variety of telecommunications equipment.
  • Experience with PC and server hardware including evaluating, troubleshooting, upgrading, and repairing said hardware is required.
  • Experience with Office 365 preferred.
  • Experience supporting all Microsoft Office products preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Excellent organization and customer service skills required.
