We had a great time sharing Pain Ease with all of the emergency nurses we met in Indianapolis this year. Through our sponsorship we offered a breakfast presentation, titled “Easing the Pain of HCAHPs.” Dr. Ann Marie Papa, DNP, RN, FAAN reviewed principles of HCAHPS and discussed the role ED nurses play in improving scores.
