Athletic trainers are pulled in many directions and it can be challenging to focus on making the right calls while still building positive relationships with the athletes. Instant Ice is proud to partner with PBATS® (Professional Baseball Athlete Trainers Society) and recently wrote an article titled “[How To Improve Athlete-Centered Care](https://pbats.com/improve-athlete-centered-care/)” for their [blog](https://pbats.com/content/#blog). Our article discusses different techniques on how to cultivate a more successful athlete-centered approach. Practices we explore include:

- Implementing shared decision making
- Eliminating conflicts of interest
- Making well being the top priority for everyone
