Do I need to memorize the trigger point referral patterns as well as the spray patterns to utilize this technique?

Knowing muscle pain patterns adds an essential body of knowledge to your clinical practice. Because 85% of skeletal muscle refers pain to a distal location, there is a lot to remember. In order to help practitioners retain this critical information we have created wall charts with the learning therapist in mind. The charts are broken down by anatomical region for quick reference as well as list the essential steps of the spray and stretch technique. Please contact us to receive a free copy of the chart.

Do I need to be able to accurately identify trigger points to use the spray and stretch technique?
